I LIVED IN THIS BUILDING FOR SEVEN YEARS A VERY ORDERLY AND QUITE BUILDING WITH NO NOISE PROBLEMS,NO PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE LEAVING OUTSIDE DOORS UNLOCKED LATE AT NIGHT , USING BATHROOMS AT 1:00 A.M. AND WHILE THERE PLAYING THEIR RADIO AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE, LEAVING BEHIND WASHCLOTHS AND TOWELS IN PUBLIC BATHROOMS, LEAVING A BIG MESS IN THE PUBLIC KITCHEN THIS KITCHEN MESS WAS LEFT BY LUCKY STAR ( SAY WHAT ??? WAS THAT REAL NAME) LARGE POOLS OF SOME KIND OF BROWN STUFF OUTSIDE BATHROOMS. SUDDENLY APPROXIMATELY JANUARY 2006 SOME WEIRD PEOPLE MOVED IN THAT WHEN ALL THIS "MESSING UP' STARTED.

A problem and as I see it a big problem for the third time this week ****that when I got up sticky stuff is all over the floor and today it was all over the shelves in the cupboard and the worst all over my computer table and adding machine and printer and on electronic air cleaner and lamp and router and my modem. Since it did go as high as the shelf above the computer I am assuming it landed on all the clothes I had just brought over from storage ***and did not get a change to get a garment bag for and the bed clothes backpack, dirty clothes in clothes bag probably all the clothes hanging on the clothes tree and probably into the refrigerator. I had to throw out all the food I had as the cans were all wet and I do not know if washing them off would get what ever is on them off. I mean what we call cross contamination then touch the cans then touch the food when they are opened. I washed down everything I could with bleach. I am just hoping my electronic equipment will be OK.
Could you please let me know if you know how this happened or check into this so it does not happen again. I mean I have no idea what this stuff was. It was not water as it was very sticky and thick when I put my hand over it on the computer table.

Nothing could come from the walls, ceiling, floor ****-- had to be something sprayed in there.
I don't think anything would be flying in thru the windows except dirt or a bug. There's a mystery. Maybe stuff you brought in from storage had something on it or in it? In any case, the bleach should do it or gooby gone is good sticky remover for getting rid of goo left by labels that leave goo or tar on the floor or adhesive between linoleum tile.

Jan was lying it was her building and she was a very smart person although pretty naive I found small pin holes in the wall behind my computer tower just where the liquid was put on the computer - she either let these spooks move or in they really pulled the wool over her eyes to get residence here but my personal opinion she rented space to them. This building at one time had been a private residence of Jan and her parents since 1945 and was “broken up” into sro’s so there could have been plenty of space between the walls for someone to access these spaces as the holes were probably punched in the walls from inside the apartment A “line” could have been run to spray this sticky milky substance inside the holes.

Honest to God I am allergic to sprays any kind of spray and especially hair spray I never never use sprays except Lysol and have not used it for months and I only spray that when I leave so it will be disapped when I return. Possibly something is coming in thur the fan I can see this getting all over everything but not only on certain places like the cupboard and the floor and miss everything else in between. But the stuff on the computer table was pretty runny and just in one big place acturally all on the right side so were the shelves and come to think of it I did not have my window open last nite. The floor in the kitchen seems to be a little sticky too.

And it is in selective places like on the food, and dishes, and the computer. I could see something coming in from storage on the cases but that would go everywhere not just on the cupboard shelves and the computer table. This is very strange.

Hi
Did you accidently forget a garbage bag near back door? Did you want it in the storeroom or out in trash? We are just getting people leaving things behind in the general areas - someone left a turquoise wash cloth in north bathroom, and someone left some kind of purple tubes near the microwave. I went to rinse the mop and Lucky was in there and then when he left the purple tubes were left. I do not like to pickup anyhing Lucky had so I left them there.
My computer is working but if the sticky stuff starts again I'll have to turn it off and wrap it back up. Electronic equipment cannot take anything liquid let alone something sticky. But Jan I did think of one think this stuff does have a discintive smell and is a white kind of milky substance so what about anything to do with the fire for lack of a better word alarm system? This stuff is coming from somewhere inside the walls. I don't mean to complain but my $1000.00 digital camera was on the cupboard counter and is ruined. I am lucky my computer works. I have practially everything in sealed containers I don't use any kind of heavy cleaning supplies. The only thing I ever use is to clean the floor I use Spic and Span or Mr. Clean. I have nothing left on the cupboard shelves as it was all over my food my makeup ( about $300.00) my small clock my CD's about $1,000.00 and I don't know if these work, and various miscelleanous things and wiped down the cupboard with bleach so no kind of soap residue was left. It is going to cost me over $200. to wash all my clothes that have this stuff on them. To say nothing of the bed clothes which I had to sleep in every nite. I am afraid to wash my clothes as if it comes back I cannot afford to rewash them. The clothes were messed up from the first time this happened that was on May 10 a Wedmesday when I mentioned it to you May 18 did stop and started up again May 23 on a Wednesday and did stop on May 24 when I mentioned it to you.
Jan I think this is a legitmate complaint and not something I caused.
If this problem cannot be resolved I have to move and can you blame me practially everything I have is ruined.
I have not seen hide nor hair of Jerry Cole lately,
Jan I am not trying to cause you trouble but it is your building if something is wrong I think you should be told about it.

Janet did not like complaints and after having lived there for 7 years I knew when people complained she would evict them - giving them a 5 day notice with no signature of a lawyer - So this is what she did to me threw me out on street and into a homeless shelter =hell
