I think it somehow lets an electronic torture weapon enter the vein or artery and displace and bloat your body especially in the tops of your legs and stomach these are all bloated and does something in your body possibly to displace water or blood, may be used in conjunction with what looks like water (but does not flow like water that is dropped in your cooking area into your food.

This one is a monster "in service main" aka Mr. H. Harhar brutal, vile evil torturer, electronic rapist and stalker. Stalking is a class X felony. A real SOB. In the meantime the building is in severe neglect as Mr H. Harhar instead of performing his job he talks on his phone always in his native language, what is he doing "calling back home to the operatives in his country?, Is he a plant here to perform covert activities? Why would he speak on his phone in his native language if he were conducting the business of the building? He hangs in the lobby, and along with his other maintenance crew employees in the front offices. They are paid to clean the building which is not being done. Their job is neglected as they spend their time staling, loafing, hiding, transferring duties to their underlings who do not have a clue how to perform the more complicated tasks they are being paid to do. Do to their laziness and non commitment to their job (take the paycheck and run)they let theseunskilled and low b…. power underlings work unsupervised and thus totally mess up the building.
